Your data, our rules.
This is what personal data Casino Nähe processes, why and for how long – under the Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Which data
From the forms: name, email, phone, language, requested casino, date, departure point, number of people, transport, your message. When visiting: server logs with IP address, browser and time. The region choice is stored only locally in your browser. Your location is used only when you click “Use my location”: distances are calculated in the browser, the coordinates stay stored locally (removable at any time via “Clear location”) and are never sent to us. Directions open in Google Maps.
Why
To prepare your evening plan, answer questions and check corrections. We create no profiles of your gambling behaviour and pass no data to casinos.
Recipients
Our IT providers (hosting, email). No transfer to casino operators or advertising partners. Data may be transferred to the EU/EEA.
Cookies and advertising
Essential cookies and local storage: language choice, cookie setting, region choice, location (only on click), form protection. Only with your consent in the banner: Google Ads conversion measurement and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) via Google Consent Mode. Without consent no advertising cookies are set. Change at any time via 'Cookie settings' in the footer.
Retention
Requests are deleted after twelve months. Server logs after 30 days.
