These terms apply to the use of the website and the evening-plan service of Casino Nähe.

1. What Casino Nähe is

An independent information service. We describe distances, travel times, opening hours, games, entry rules, access and parking of casinos in Switzerland and the neighbouring countries. We do not operate a casino, offer no gambling, accept no stakes and arrange no gaming credit.

2. Independence

Casino Nähe has no business relationship with the venues described, receives no commissions and publishes no bonuses, vouchers or promotions from casinos. Assessments are editorial and not user reviews. Links to operator websites serve information only.

3. Information without guarantee

Opening hours, games, minimum age, ID, dress-code and currency rules come from operator websites and tourism offices and carry a verification date. Distances and travel times are estimates. Only the rules of the venue on site prevail. We accept no liability for wasted trips or refused entry.

4. Evening-plan service

The evening plan is free and non-binding. It contains opening hours, route, parking and entry rules for the requested date. It is not a reservation, not a ticket and no assurance of entry.

5. Age and player protection

The website is aimed at adults from 18. It contains no invitation to gamble. Player-protection notes and the SOS Spielsucht number are on every page.

6. Use of the website

Forms must not be misused and third-party data must not be submitted without authority. Texts, fact sheets and photos are protected by copyright; photos are subject to the respective photographer's licence.

7. Law and jurisdiction
